The preliminary agreement with Germany’s third largest airport aims to gain further experience with our autonomous food supply system, deploying our food production robot CA-1, which will start serving airport employees as early as 2025. We are thrilled to look back on our recent signing of a preliminary agreement to roll out 5,400 units of our food production robot, CA-1, across Beijing universities! We had the honor of being welcomed by our partner, the Beijing University Food Raw Material Joint Procurement Centre, and visiting canteens and adjacent food supply systems at various university campuses in Beijing. After a trip filled with insightful discussions and on-site experiences, we look even more forward to rolling out a network of our food production robots CA-1 reaching an estimated cumulative revenue potential in the low single-digit billion euro range over the following years. Today, the Circus Group entered into a preliminary agreement to roll out 5,400 units of its food production robot CA-1 across 92 universities in Beijing. Together with the Beijing University Food Raw Material Joint Procurement Centre in China, we aim to roll out a network of our food production robots CA-1, reaching an estimated cumulative revenue potential in the low single-digit billion euro range over the next years. This represents a significant milestone for us on our path to transforming the future of food service globally!

We are thrilled to announce that the Circus Group (Xetra: CA1) is preparing to enter the Asian market as part of its initial global roll-out. As a key step, we appointed Prof. Lin Yang, an experienced entrepreneur, as our Local Managing Director for Asia Pacific. He will strengthen our regional presence and will oversee local business strategy and partnerships, focusing on driving growth and establishing a robust presence across the region.

As of this morning the Circus Group is listed on Xetra and, in connection with this, commenced trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. While this is a rather unusual step for a company of our maturity, we see being public as an important strategic lever to drive our business.
