The 151st (Central Alberta) Battalion, CEF, was a unit in the Canadian Expeditionary Force during the First World War. Based in Camp Sarcee near Calgary, Alberta, the unit began recruiting in late 1915 in Strathcona, Battle River, and Red Deer. After sailing to England in October 1916, the battalion was absorbed into the 9th, , and Reserve Battalions on October 13, 1916. The 151st (Central Alberta) Battalion, CEF, had one officer commanding: Lieutenant-Colonel J. W. Arnott. In 1929, the battalion was awarded the theatre of war honour The Great War, 1916.
