Secretary-General António Guterres visited the school to launch the booklet ’Tonga COPE Series on Tropical Cyclones’ which contains information on helping children cope with natural hazards and disaster. 

The Secretary-General is visiting Tonga to attend the Pacific Islands Forum.The Third Committee (Social, Humanitarian and Cultural) heard further statements this afternoon on the annual report of the High Commissioner for Refugees, Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan of Iran, covering the period 1 April 1965 to 31 March 1966, The High Commissioner presented his report to the Committee yesterday morning.
