Number to text

This program allows converting an integer into its textual representation in English (in the future I'm thinking of doing this for other languages as well) . It supports numbers up to 999,999,999.
included:  

• Versions of this program for JavaScript, C++, Python and Java.

• Short documentation (done for the JS version) in Spanish, German, English and Polish.

if there is interest in the program I will make versions for other languages which has to be done from scratch because each language has a different grammar.
