You can change a shipping address within 60 minutes of placing your order. Simply visit Orders and Returns and select “View Order Details” on the order you want to update. Under the Shipping Address, select “Change” to make your edits.
Note: GE/Haier appliances, Google Play and iTunes codes, floral items, caskets, and e-vouchers are ineligible for online address changes.
After 60 minutes, if your shipping address contains a minor error (wrong ZIP code, street, apt. number, etc.), or if the item is shipping through a freight carrier, please contact us so that we can determine if we will be able to make a change on your behalf.
In the event that you need a complete change in your shipping address information for a small package delivery, please contact us so that we can either attempt to cancel the order or request a "return to sender." That way, you can place a new order using the updated address.
