Please read the following to understand what purchases may be eligible for a price adjustment:
- Eligibility is limited to non-resale members and/or products. Resellers must purchase items during valid promotional dates in order to receive the promotional price. Limits apply.
- For members other than resellers, only purchases made within 30 days prior to a change in price and within applicable promotional item limits, are eligible for a price adjustment.
- Costco does not price match with other sellers.
- Costco does not price match Costco warehouse prices for Costco.com purchases. Costco.com prices take into account shipping and handling fees not applicable to warehouse purchases. Please view this information to learn more about the difference between online and warehouse prices.
- Gold Bullion is not eligible for price adjustments and/or any promotions.
- We reserve the right to deny price adjustments at our sole discretion.
- Costco may in the future restrict its price adjustment policy. Restrictions will be shown at the point of purchase.
How to Request a Price Adjustment
Costco.com purchases: Select the Request a Price Adjustment button below and complete the form. Once approved, credits are typically issued within 5 to 10 business days to the original form of payment. Check if a promotional price was already deducted from your order
Costco warehouse purchases: If you purchased the item at a Costco warehouse location, please inquire at the Returns counter at the Costco location where you made the purchase.
Special Order Kiosk and Home Improvement Installed Products: Promotions are based off of qualifying products, the signed contract date and/or the pre-tax price. Exceptions to qualify for additional Costco Shop Card value are limited to the 14 days before and 14 days after the official promotion dates. Costco Shop Card promotions can not be combined with any other manufacturer consumer promotion or incentive. Please contact your Costco authorized dealer to determine if your project qualifies for past or current promotions.
