To update your account, begin by selecting Sign In / Register. This is located in the upper right-hand corner of the Costco.com home page.

To change your Sign In email address:
  1. Choose Account Details in the Account menu.
  2. Select Edit next to Sign In Email.
  3. Enter your current email address and select Send Verification Code.
  4. Enter the verification code sent to your email address, then select Verify Code.
  5. Enter your new email address, then select Update.
  6. Use your new email address the next time you sign in at Costco.com.
To change your password:
Follow these steps to update your password.

To change your membership information:
Keep in mind, you will need to be the Primary Member or Account Manager and verified before you can make any membership changes online. Once verified, you can make changes to your membership such as phone number and address. Be sure to check the list of changes that can be made online.
  1. Choose Account Details in the Account menu.
  2. Select Edit next to the information you wish to change and enter your new information.
  3. Select Update.
