Hi… The following seems to be the fix, although I’m not sure why exactly it works: [image] Error when creating managed Postgres database - 'failed to list MPG regions' can you try logging out (fly auth logout) and logging back in? (Perhaps it gives you a newer kind of token, :thinking:…)
