또한 현행 저작권법 제49조에 의해 개인인 저작재산권자가 상속인 없이 사망하거나, 법인 또는 단체가 해산되어 민법 또는 그밖의 법률에 의해 저작재산권이 국가에 귀속될 때도 저작권이 소멸합니다.
