Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Overview of superconducting critical temperatures for a variety of superconducting materials since the first discovery in 1911.

Colors represent different classes of materials:

This figure is based on the Wikimedia Commons figure "Sc history.gif" at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Sc_history.gif where the timeline stopped at 2010 and did not contain more than one iron-based compound.

I originally made this figure for my master's thesis, but thought it was worth sharing here. The master's thesis can be found on http://fys.bozack.dk/docs/master or at the permanent DOI number 10.6084/m9.figshare.2075680.v2 (figure 2.4 on page 8).

If you use this figure, please cite it as: Pia Jensen Ray. Figure 2.4 in Master's thesis, "Structural investigation of La2–xSrxCuO4+y - Following staging as a function of temperature". Edit (Gingras.ol): I modified this figure to make it up-to-date. You could also cite my PhD thesis: O. Gingras.
