Description
English: Russian Federation medal issued by the Ministry of Extreme (Emergency) Situations on 18 July 2005. Awarded to soldiers of the civil defence forces, military personnel and members of the State Fire Service, employees of the Ministry of Extreme Situations of Russia, and to other citizens of the Russian Federation or foreign citizens for merits in strengthening the Brotherhood of the Rescue community.
