This is from an FBI file, Archive.org appropriately labelled it "Public Domain Mark 1.0"; but I'm concerned these are just clippings from newspapers IN an FBI file; and I'm not a legal expert and am unsure.

Person in question is famous for being an anti-fluoridation, red-scare, anti-semitic, anti-civil rights minister. Wiki page for him needs more content.
