Description
English: It is kind of "the Tsurumaki crest" of the Japanese family coat of arms. I call this crest "じゃのめ" (Janome) from the form that resembled the eyes of the snake.
日本語: 日本の家紋である「弦巻紋」の一種である、「蛇の目(じゃのめ)」の一例。
English: Japanese family crest "Janome", a type of tsurumaki (bowstring holder). Janome is an alias, for the shape of tsurumaki, stands for eye (me) of serpentine or snake (ja).
