 Keep @BevinKacon: what do you mean « not matching camera models given » ? (and why « models » plural, all photos come from the same model a Canon PowerShot SX110 IS, except one from a Canon EOS 400D DIGITAL) I see nothing wrong with these pictures (and certainly nothing like the distorted copyvios by Varaine). As per the linked discussion, the uploader never used a Canon - "Few year ago, i had a " KODAK EASYSHARE Z950 DIGITAL CAMERA " and a "PENTAX Optio M50". actualy, i use a "NIKON D3100" and, sometime my mobil phone "Blackview A10". @BevinKacon: « So these uploads are from Varaine » is wrong on so many level, there is no way to achieve this conclusion. Do you realize how ridicoulous it sounds? The most logical conclusion is that Marianne Casamance forgot to list some of the camera she used (and I can't blame her, I have no idea what cameras I used last year, let alone in 2016). Anyway, after taking some times I indeed found a few suspicious : File:Euphorbe de Loiseleur (Euphorbia seguieriana subsp. loiseleurii).jpg, File:Euphorbe de Loiseleur (Euphorbia loiseleuri).jpg, File:Lunetière à tige courte (Biscutella brevicaulis).jpg, File:Saucissons de taureau de Camargue.jpg, File:Saucissons secs d'Arles.jpg, File:Poupeton de bouillabaisse en préparation.jpg, File:Grémil à pédoncule épais (Lypostérium incrassatum).JPG, these one can be deleted (typical Varaine-style low-res/artfacty probably-copyvio); all the others should be kept unless there is some proof or at least serious suspicion. Did you review them all? I don't think so as you missed File:IGP coteaux du Cher et de l'Arnon jeunes vignes du côté de Reuilly.JPG. COM:PCP has been met. File:IGP coteaux du Cher et de l'Arnon jeunes vignes du côté de Reuilly.JPG does indeed look like an upload by Varaine, but as has been said multiple times in this discussion, mass deleting all uploads by Marianne Casamance is not a desirable solution since it would cause too much collateral damage. Nope. You are the one who initiated this DR, so feel free to review them individually. I am not going to volunteer because I don't have enough time because of real life.   • Some of them are in use, and most of the images are of high quality. We don't have any proof that all of the files uploaded by her are copyvio. They should be judged on an individual basis, and should not be mass-nominated blindly. I agree that precaution is better than cure, but this seems to be a bit overkill. Unless concrete and satisfactory evidence of each file listed here being copyvio is provided, I am inclined to vote  Keep. Masum Reza📞 09:44, 27 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • @KevinBacon: I am pretty sure those files were not deleted blindly. Volunteer reviewers checked each one of them, one by one. Or did I read the discussion wrong? If I recall correctly, Alexis Jazz was the one who did the most of the work. His opinion here would be helpful here since he is quite familiar with Varaine's work.   • @Alexis Jazz and Masumrezarock100: indeed, we didn't check them one by one but we didn't deleted them blindly either. We checked a lot of them one by one and almost all where copyvios, so then we safely assumed that if in the sample most where copyvio then the same ratio would apply for the whole.   • @VIGNERON: the ratio was a fair bit higher, but not "almost all" of Varaine's uploads were copyvio. A substantial number were though, and the longer we looked the more we found. @Alexis Jazz: this peremptory assumption make no sense to me. Do you really think that someone can perfectly recall what models where used 4 years ago? (I know I clearly can't for myself). As I said supra, « The most logical conclusion is that Marianne Casamance forgot to list some of the camera she used ». Marianne Casamance could you confirm or infirm? @Marianne Casamance: but you also can't remember a single picture you definitely took with it? @VIGNERON: I could. Okay, maybe I'd forget something I took less than 5 pictures with, but any camera I took 242 pictures with I'd definitely be able to recall. (if not the exact model number at least the brand) And deleting those really suspect images now is a bad idea. If Marianne Casamance indeed did use a PowerShot SX110, we'll have a much harder time now to identify which photos were taken (or "taken") by Varaine. - Alexis Jazz ping plz 12:50, 10 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Marianne Casamance: there have to multiple photos in this list that you would be able to recall or strongly suspect having taken yourself ("that's the kind of building I would take a photo of", "that's the angle I would pick") or can confirm not having taken yourself ("I'd never take a photo out of focus like that", "I never ate that dish, why would I have a photo of it?"). Please confirm for as many as you can that are likely or unlikely to be your own work. From there we could try to analyze what was your work and what wasn't. Kept: I believe that deleting all contributions of the user made in 2016 is an overkill here. For example, in Varaine case we had a more thorough review to select which one to keep or not. The uploader has a history of own uploads before and she claims that possible copyvios are in the Category:Files may uploaded by JPS68 with Marianne Casamance account.
