As has been noted on the German Wikipedia, the image was taken in 1977 by a certain Hans Schafgans. The Flickr account that posted this under a CC licence is no longer available, and there is considerable doubt that the German armed forces actually published this under a free licence as claimed on Flickr. All in all, this seems to be some licence laundering. De728631 (talk) 10:35, 9 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
