The melody is not a work from the US, but a work from Burkina Faso. Hence, copyright-notice rule does not apply to this file. The melody was still under copyright as the composer died in 1987. Hence, the copyright of the melody is still protected in the US until 2058 and in Burkina-Faso until 2038 (life+50 years). Billytanghh (talk) 18:23, 2 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
