Very likely a copyright violation without evidence of permission. The photo was published as early as 2013 at http://albaflashnews.blogspot.com/2013/11/linda-halimi-of-kosovo-becomes-lindita.html while it was first uploaded here in 2017. It is attributed to Fadil Berisha, an Albanian American. It is very unlikely that he uploaded this photo here himself, as the original uploader Zariva 129 is presumably from Russia and definitely a native speaker of Russian NickK (talk) 15:24, 15 May 2017 (UTC)
