DR action request

Hi, Could someone delete both logos at Commons:Deletion requests/File:CBBC (2022).svg and Commons:Deletion requests/File:CBeebies.png please?, I would never ever normally ask however one logo page has repeatedly been blanked and one logo DR has been blanked so to save time being further wasted on these sad idiots I was hoping things could be brought forward, Many thanks, Warm Regards, –Davey2010^Talk 22:39, 27 October 2022 (UTC)

I don't see anything wrong with the categories on the photo (which I reviewed in March, adding one more in June). And there is no mention of California anywhere on the file page.

Update request

Mobileye is no longer part of Intel and has therefore updated its logo. The file File:Mobileye.svg is protected from edition by non-admins, the new logo is at this url. Thanks. RaphaelQS (talk) 17:04, 28 October 2022 (UTC)

Some issues about user:RespectCE

Hello sysops. After several attempts to communicate with them on user talk pages have failed, I am requesting a sysop to intervene in this matter.

The user RespectCE (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log) block user uploaded some files and their sources were discord. Since I could not verify that these discord-sourced files were copyrighted or not, I tagged these files and asked the user to send the relevant licenses to VRT, but the user refused, repeatedly reverted my tagging, and strongly asked me on their talk page to take them to the admin noticeboard.

Here are the files with suspicious sources, they are

Even though the situation is bad enough, I would still like to communicate with the user through a sysop or another user to resolve the issue accordingly. You could have easily viewed the license release statements via the urls. You can create an account on discord for free if you can't see them without an account, or you could have asked or another user to verify it for you by placing a tag requesting license REVIEW. Instead, you tagged the files with a tag that would result in automatic deletion in seven days - and the problem is, if the files are deleted, nobody can easily view the links to verify the license release statements in the first place. This user has also been makeing personal attacks on me and making absurd accusations of trolling and personal attacks to me on meta simply for bringing up the fact that Ukrainian wikipedia has a Nazi problem (as evidenced by examples of usernames containing nazi slogans and pro-nazi userboxes).

Anyway, I request that this user (Lemon) cease their attacks on me and find a better way of trying to verify the licenses (re: just view the actual links with statements) instead of tag-bombing in an unproductive way. You know that the copyright holders I have attributed have released these photos (if they didn't I wouldn't have provided links to release statements), you are just tag-bombing to punish me for brining up ukwiki on meta.--RespectCE (talk) 00:03, 29 October 2022 (UTC)

I have replied to you that the links cannot be checked. It's a private or personal channel, how could I check it? By the way, if I attack you on meta, why you are the one blocked instead of me? @RespectCE: A private Discord server is not a valid source. Please have these posted to a publicly accessible website where the license declarations are clear, or have the authors go through VRT to release them. Thank you. —howcheng {chat} 22:18, 1 November 2022 (UTC)

 Done. The files are tagged as no source, which is totally correct. However, half of the photos are created and probably published more than 95 years ago and free from copyright. After one week the files are deleted, if they still have no proper source. Taivo (talk) 08:16, 31 October 2022 (UTC)

Cat undeletion request

Hi,Could someone undelete Category:Alexander Dennis Enviro400 on Dennis Trident 2 buses in the United Kingdom please as it was deleted by an incompetant admin who has absolutely no idea what the absolute hell they are doing! (Just for context the cat was deleted on the basis that Category:Alexander Dennis Enviro400 (integral) buses in the United Kingdom exists however that is utterly stupid logic as the integral cat makes no mention of the Trident nor is the Trident cats added to that cat - The integral category exists because that model isn't mounted on to anything - I expect this makes no sense to anyone who doesn't understand the world of buses :), Thanks, ), –Davey2010^Talk 23:58, 1 November 2022 (UTC)

 Done. I restored the category, which at moment has 173 files. Big number of files clearly shows, that separate category is needed. But, Davey, I warn you: you were not enough polite.
