DCAF conducted a training programme for senior representatives of Ukrainian defence education institutions. The course marks a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to promote integrity and excellence within Ukraine's defence leadership. The training delved into the principles of ethical behaviour and explored frameworks that guide decision-making in complex defence environments. Participants engaged in scenario-based exercises to enhance their ability to navigate ethical dilemmas with confidence and clarity. This initiative is part of a strategic cooperation programme between DCAF and BITEC (Building Integrity Training and Educational Center under Ministry of Defence of Ukraine). Our joint efforts aim to ensure that ethical considerations are at the forefront of the strategic planning and operational execution of Ukraine's defence institutions. Prioritizing ethics helps build a defence sector that upholds the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. This is critical to maintaining national security and fostering international partnerships. Thanks to the course facilitators Grazvydas JASUTIS , George Lucas , Olena-Anna Chaban, Kristina Vezon (née Cernejute) and Rebecca Petra Mikova for sharing their perspectives. #ukraine #securitysector
