A Combination of Preliminary Electroweak Measurements and Constraints on the Standard Model

This note presents a combination of published and preliminary electroweak results from the four LEP collaborations ALEPH, DELPHI, L3 and OPAL based on electron-positron collision data taken at centre-of-mass energies above the Z-pole, 130 GeV to 209 GeV (LEP-II), as prepared for the 2006 summer conferences. Averages are derived for di-fermion cross sections and forward-backward asymmetries, photon-pair, W-pair, Z-pair, single-W and single-Z cross sections, electroweak gauge boson couplings, W mass and width and W decay branching ratios. Lepton pair production in $e^+ e^-$ collisions from 189 to 208 GeV

In this note are presented the final results on cross-sections and forward-backward asymmetries from leptonic events produced in the e+e- collisions with the centre-of-mass energies from 189 to 208 GeV. Studies of e+e- -> Zgamma -> mu+ mu- gamma events at sqrt{s} = 189-208 GeV
Radiative returns to the Z peak decaying to muon pairs are selected at 189 to 208 GeV centre-of-mass energies, and event kinematic variables are analysed . The results are interpreted in terms of a possible bias of the Z mass peak position, or of a shift in the LEP centre-of-mass energy, yielding Delta mZ = +209 +- 79 MeV (stat.) +- 35 MeV (syst.) with 94% chi-square probability, Delta E(LEP) = -334 +- 182 MeV (stat.) +- 96 MeV (syst.) with 14% chi-square probability..
