Basis for Anomalous Quartic Gauge Couplings / Durieux, Gauthier (Louvain U., CP3) ; Remmen, Grant N. (New York U., CCPP) ; Rodd, Nicholas L. (LBL, Berkeley ; UC, Berkeley) ; Éboli, O.J.P. (Sao Paulo U.) ; Gonzalez-Garcia, M.C. In this note, we give a definitive basis for the dimension-eight operators leading to quartic - but no cubic - interactions among electroweak gauge bosons. These are often called anomalous quartic gauge couplings, or aQGCs. [...]

Measurements of vector-boson scattering with the ATLAS experiment / Wang, Xi (Shanghai Jiao Tong University (CN)) /ATLAS Collaboration
Measurements of diboson production in association with two additional jets at the LHC probe interactions between electroweak vector bosons predicted by the Standard Model and test contributions from anomalous quartic gauge couplings. The ATLAS experiment has recently performed such measurements in a variety of final states, amongst them the scattering into a massive electroweak gauge boson and a photon. [...]

Measurement of 4ljj production using $140\ \mathrm{fb^{-1}}$ of proton-proton collision data at $\sqrt{s}=13 \, \text{TeV}$ with the ATLAS detector / Wang, Xi (Shanghai Jiao Tong University (CN)) /ATLAS Collaboration
The ATLAS measurement of differential cross-sections for the production of four charged leptons and two jets with the full Run 2 pp collision data will be presented. The cross-sections were measured in two distinctive signal regions characterised by an enhanced contribution from events arising out of strong and electroweak interactions, respectively. [...]

Fiducial and differential cross-section measurements of electroweak $W\gamma jj$ production in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
The observation of the electroweak production of a $W$ boson and a photon in association with two jets, using $pp$ collision data at the Large Hadron Collider at a centre of mass energy of $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV, is reported. The data were recorded by the ATLAS experiment from 2015 to 2018 and correspond to an integrated luminosity of 140 fb$^{-1}$. [...]

Summary of ATLAS Standard Model Results / Beauchemin, Pierre-Hugues (Tufts University (US))
Measurements of Standard Model (SM) processes at the LHC range from the production of jets and photons, or precision measurements with single W and Z bosons, to measurements of rare multiboson processes that only recently became experimentally accessible. [...]

Comparing quantum and classical machine learning for Vector Boson Scattering background reduction at the Large Hadron Collider / Cugini, Davide (Milan Bicocca U. ; Pavia U.) ; Gerace, Dario (Pavia U.) ; Govoni, Pietro (Milan Bicocca U.) ; Perego, Aurora (Milan Bicocca U.) ; Valsecchi, Davide (Milan Bicocca U. ; CERN)
We report on a consistent comparison between techniques of quantum and classical machine learning applied to the classification of signal and background events for the Vector Boson Scattering processes, studied at the Large Hadron Collider installed at the CERN laboratory. Quantum machine learning algorithms based on variational quantum circuits are run on freely available quantum computing hardware, showing very good performances as compared to deep neural networks run on classical computing facilities. Electroweak $W^{\pm}W^{\pm}jj$ Production in ATLAS / Solomon, Shalu (Brandeis University (US)) /ATLAS Collaboration
Vector boson scattering is one of the recent remarkable observations at the Large Hadron Collider. The longitudinal polarization modes of the massive vector bosons are strongly tied to the electroweak symmetry breaking mechanism. [...]

Measurements of processes sensitive to quartic electroweak couplings in ATLAS / Solomon, Shalu (Brandeis University (US)) /ATLAS Collaboration
Multi-boson interactions serve as a stringent test of the Standard Model. The non-Abelian nature of the electroweak theory allows for triple and quartic gauge interactions. [...]
