Searches for Lepton Number Violation and Resonances in the $K^{\pm}\to \mu\nu\nu$ Decays by NA48/2 at CERN / Zinchenko, A (Dubna, JINR) /NA48/2 Collaboration
The NA48/2 experiment at CERN collected a large sample of charged kaon decays into final states with multiple charged particles in 2003–2004. A new upper limit on the rate of the lepton number violating decay → \(\pi ^{ \mp }\)µ^±µ^± obtained from this sample is reported: B(K^± → \(\pi ^{ \mp }\)µ^±µ^±) < 8.6 × 10^−11 at 90% CL. [...]

A search for heavy neutral lepton ($N$) production in $\pi^+\to e^+ N$ in-flight decays using data collected by the NA62 experiment at CERN in 2017-2024 is reported. Upper limits for the extended neutrino mixing matrix element $|U_{e4}|^2$ are established at the level of $10^{-8}$ for heavy neutral leptons with mass in the range 95-126 MeV/$c^2$ and lifetime exceeding 50 ns..

Results from the study of the rare decays $K^+\to\pi^+\nu\bar{\nu}$, $K^{+}\to \pi^{+}\mu^{+}\mu^{-}$ and $K^{+}\to\pi^{+}\gamma\gamma$ at the NA62 experiment at CERN are interpreted in terms of improved limits for $B(K^+\to\pi^+X)$ and coupling parameters of hidden-sector models, where X is a mediator. Physics Beyond the Standard Model with the NA62 experiment at CERN / NA62 Collaboration
The first measurement of the branching ratio of the ultra-rare $K^+ \to \pi^+\nu\bar\nu$ decay and the searches for production of feebly interacting particles predicted by dark scalar models from the NA62 experiment at CERN are presented. First search for $K^+ \to \pi^0 \pi \mu e$ decays / NA62 Collaboration
The first search for the lepton number violating decay $K^+ \to \pi^0 \pi^- \mu^+ e^+$ and lepton flavour violating decays $K^+ \to \pi^0 \pi^+ \mu^- e^+$, $K^+ \to \pi^0 \pi^+ \mu^+ e^-$ has been performed using a dataset collected by the NA62 experiment at CERN in 2016–2018. Upper limits of $2.9\times 10^{-10}$, $3.1 \times 10^{-10}$ and $5.0 \times 10^{-10}$, respectively, are obtained at 90% CL for the branching ratios of the three decays on the assumption of uniform phase-space distributions..

First observation and study of the $K^{\pm} \rightarrow \pi^{0} \pi^{0} \mu^{\pm} \nu$ decay / NA48/2 Collaboration
The NA48/2 experiment at CERN reports the first observation of the $K^{\pm} \rightarrow \pi^{0} \pi^{0} \mu^{\pm} \nu$ decay based on a sample of 2437 candidates with 15% background contamination collected in 2003-2004. Measurement of the $K^+ \to \pi^+ \gamma \gamma$ decay / NA62 Collaboration
A sample of 3984 candidates of the $K^+ \to \pi^+ \gamma \gamma$ decay, with an estimated background of $291 \pm 14$ events, was collected by the NA62 experiment at CERN during 2017–2018. In order to describe the observed di-photon mass spectrum, the next-to-leading order contribution in chiral perturbation theory was found to be necessary. [...]
