β and γ-spectroscopy study of 119Pd and 119Ag
/ Kurpeta, J (Warsaw U.) ; Abramuk, A (Warsaw U.) ; Rząca-Urban, T (Warsaw U.) ; Urban, W (Warsaw U.) ; Canete, L (Surrey U.) ; Eronen, T (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Geldhof, S (Leuven U.) ; Gierlik, M (NCBJ, Swierk) ; Greene, J P (Argonne (main)) ; Jokinen, A (Jyvaskyla U.) et al.
Neutron-rich 119Pd nuclei were produced in fission of natural uranium, induced by 25-MeV protons. Fission fragments swiftly extracted with the Ion Guide Isotope Separation On-Line method were mass separated using a dipole magnet and a Penning trap, providing mono-isotopic samples of 119Pd. [...]

Reinterpretation of excited states in 212Po: Shell-model multiplets rather than α-cluster states
/ Fernández, A (CSIC, Madrid) ; Jungclaus, A (CSIC, Madrid) ; Golubev, P (Lund U.) ; Rudolph, D (Lund U.) ; Sarmiento, L G (Lund U.) ; Gargano, A (INFN, Naples) ; Naïdja, H (Constantine U.) ; Astier, A (IJCLab, Orsay) ; Dupont, E (IJCLab, Orsay) ; Gadea, A (Valencia U., IFIC) et al.
A γ -ray spectroscopic study of 212Po was performed at the Grand Accélérateur National d’Ions Lourds, using the inverse kinematics α-transfer reaction 12C(208Pb, 212Po) 8Be and the AGATA spectrometer. A careful analysis based on γγ coincidence relations allowed us to establish 14 new excited states in the energy range between 1.9 and 3.3 MeV. [...]

First β-decay spectroscopy of 135In and new β-decay branches of 134In
/ IDS Collaboration
The β decay of the neutron-rich 134In and 135In was investigated experimentally in order to provide new insights into the nuclear structure of the tin isotopes with magic proton number Z=50 above the N=82 shell. The β-delayed γ-ray spectroscopy measurement was performed at the ISOLDE facility at CERN, where indium isotopes were selectively laser-ionized and on-line mass separated. [...]

Low-spin states in 80Ge populated in the β decay of the 80Ga 3− isomer
/ Sekal, S (Algiers U. Sci. Tech. ; CERN) ; Fraile, L M (Madrid U.) ; Lică, R (CERN ; Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Borge, M J G (Madrid, Inst. Estructura Materia) ; Walters, W B (Maryland U., Dept. The structure of
80Ge has been investigated at the ISOLDE facility at CERN. A previous study reported for the first time a low-lying 0+2 intruder state at 639 keV, based on the coincidence with a previously unobserved 1764-keV γ ray, and suggested it as evidence for shape coexistence in 80Ge. [...]

Detailed spectroscopy of doubly magic 132Sn
/ IS610 Collaboration
The structure of the doubly magic 13250Sn82 has been investigated at the ISOLDE facility at CERN, populated both by the β− decay of 132In and β−-delayed neutron emission of 133In. The level scheme of 132Sn is greatly expanded with the addition of 68 γ transitions and 17 levels observed for the first time in the β decay. [...]

Shape dynamics in neutron-rich Kr isotopes: Coulomb excitation of 92Kr, 94Kr and 96Kr
/ Albers, M (Cologne U.) ; Nomura, K (Cologne U.) ; Warr, N (Cologne U.) ; Blazhev, A (Cologne U.) ; Jolie, J (Cologne U.) ; Mücher, D (Munich, Tech. U.) ; Bastin, B (KU Leuven, FET) ; Bauer, C (Darmstadt, Tech. U.) ; Bernards, C (Yale U.) ; Bettermann, L (Cologne U.) et al.
We report on the study of excited states in 92,94,96Kr populated via projectile Coulomb excitation at safe energies. The radioactive ion beams at energies of 2.85 MeV/u were delivered by the REX-ISOLDE facility at CERN and impinged on self-supporting 194,196Pt targets. [...]

Search for the 73Ga ground-state doublet splitting in the β decay of 73Zn
/ Vedia, V (UCM, Madrid, Dept. Phys.) ; Paziy, V (UCM, Madrid, Dept. Phys.) ; Fraile, L M (UCM, Madrid, Dept. Phys.) ; Mach, H (UCM, Madrid, Dept. Phys. ; NCBJ, Swierk) ; Walters, W B (Maryland U., Dept. Chem.) ; Aprahamian, A (Notre Dame U.) ; Bernards, C (Cologne U. ; Yale U. (main)) ; Briz, J A (Madrid, Inst. Estructura Materia) ; Bucher, B (Notre Dame U. ; LLNL, Livermore) ; Chiara, C J (Maryland U., Dept. Chem. ; Argonne, PHY) et al.
The existence of two close-lying nuclear states in 73Ga has recently been experimentally determined: a 1/2− spin-parity for the ground state was measured in a laser spectroscopy experiment, while a Jπ=3/2− level was observed in transfer reactions. This scenario is supported by Coulomb excitation studies, which set a limit for the energy splitting of 0.8 keV. [...]

Search for shape-coexisting 0+ states in 66Ni from lifetime measurements
/ Olaizola, B (UCM, Madrid, Dept. Phys.) ; Fraile, L M (UCM, Madrid, Dept. Phys.) ; Mach, H (UCM, Madrid, Dept. Phys. ; NCBJ, Warsaw) ; Poves, A (Madrid, Autonoma U.) ; Nowacki, F (Strasbourg, IPHC) ; Aprahamian, A (Notre Dame U.) ; Briz, J A (Madrid, Inst. Estructura Materia) ; Cal-González, J (UCM, Madrid, Dept. Phys.) ; Ghiţa, D (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) ; Köster, U (Laue-Langevin Inst.) et al.
The lifetime of the 0+3 state in 66Ni, two neutrons below the N=40 subshell gap, has been measured. The transition B(E2;0+3→2+1) is one of the most hindered E2 transitions in the Ni isotopic chain and it implies that, unlike 68Ni, there is a spherical structure at low excitation energy. [...]

Lifetimes of intermediate-spin states in two rotational bands of 99Zr have been measured. These states were populated following the neutron-induced fission of 235U at the PF1B beamline of the Institut Laue-Langevin, Grenoble, during the EXILL-FATIMA campaign. [...]
