Physical theories that depend on many parameters or are tested against data from many different experiments pose unique challenges to statistical inference. Many models in particle physics, astrophysics and cosmology fall into one or both of these categories. [...]

Indirect $\mathcal{CP}$ probes of the Higgs-top-quark interaction: current LHC constraints and future opportunities / Bahl, Henning (DESY) ; Bechtle, Philip (Bonn U.) ; Heinemeyer, Sven (CSIC, Madrid ; Cantabria Inst. of Phys.) ; Katzy, Judith (DESY) ; Klingl, Tobias (Bonn U.) ; Peters, Krisztian (DESY) ; Saimpert, Matthias (CERN) ; Stefaniak, Tim (DESY) ; Weiglein, Georg (DESY)
The $\mathcal{CP}$ structure of the Higgs boson in its coupling to the particles of the Standard Model is amongst the most important Higgs boson properties which have not yet been constrained with high precision. In this study, all relevant inclusive and differential Higgs boson measurements from the ATLAS and CMS experiments are used to constrain the $\mathcal{CP}$-nature of the top-Yukawa interaction. [...]

We report on the status of efforts to improve the reinterpretation of searches and measurements at the LHC in terms of models for new physics, in the context of the LHC Reinterpretation Forum. We detail current experimental offerings in direct searches for new particles, measurements, technical implementations and Open Data, and provide a set of recommendations for further improving the presentation of LHC results in order to better enable reinterpretation in the future. This document summarises the current theoretical and experimental status of the di-Higgs boson production searches, and of the direct and indirect constraints on the Higgs boson self-coupling, with the wish to serve as a useful guide for the next years. The document discusses the theoretical status, including state-of-the-art predictions for di-Higgs cross sections, developments on the effective field theory approach, and studies on specific new physics scenarios that can show up in the di-Higgs final state. The discovery of the Higgs boson in 2012, by the ATLAS and CMS experiments, was a success achieved with only a percent of the entire dataset foreseen for the LHC. It opened a landscape of possibilities in the study of Higgs boson properties, Electroweak Symmetry breaking and the Standard Model in general, as well as new avenues in probing new physics beyond the Standard Model. Status of the Charged Higgs Boson in Two Higgs Doublet Models / Arbey, A. (Lyon Observ. ; Lyon, IPN ; CERN) ; Mahmoudi, F. (Lyon Observ. ; Lyon, IPN ; CERN) ; Stal, O. (Stockholm U., OKC) ; Stefaniak, T. (UC, Santa Cruz ; UC, Santa Cruz, Inst. Part. Phys.)
The existence of charged Higgs boson(s) is inevitable in models with two (or more) Higgs doublets. Hence, their discovery would constitute unambiguous evidence for new physics beyond the Standard Model (SM). [...]

Killing the cMSSM softly / Bechtle, Philip (SLAC) ; Molina, José Eliel Camargo (Wurzburg U.) ; Desch, Klaus (Bonn U.) ; Dreiner, Herbert Karl (Bonn U.) ; Hamer, Matthias (Rio de Janeiro, CBPF) ; Kraemer, Michael (RWTH Aachen U. ; CERN) ; O'Leary, Ben (Wurzburg U.) ; Porod, Werner (Zurich U.) ; Sarrazin, Björn (Bonn U.) ; Stefaniak, Tim (Bonn U.) et al.
The analysis of the data collected by the major LHC experiments during the LHC Run I has put strong constraints on supersymmetric models. We study the parameter space of the constrained Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (cMSSM) in a global fit, taking into account the non- observation of supersymmetry at the LHC, Higgs mass and rate measurements, as well as several cosmological and low energy observables.
