Updated High-Energy LHC design
/ Zimmermann, Frank (CERN) ; Abelleira, Jose Luis (JAI, UK) ; Abramov, Andrey (JAI, UK ; Royal Holloway, U. of London) ; Amorim, David (CERN) ; Antipov, Sergey (CERN) ; Apyan, Armen (Yerevan Phys. Inst.) ; Arsenyev, Sergey (CERN) ; Barranco, Javier (Ecole Polytechnique, Lausanne) ; Benedikt, Michael (CERN) ; Bruce, Roderik (CERN) et al.
We present updated design parameters for a future High-Energy LHC. A more realistic turnaround time has led to a revision of the target peak luminosity, as well as a choice of a larger IP beta function, and longer physics fills. [...]

CEPC Conceptual Design Report: Volume 2 - Physics & Detector
/ CEPC Study Group Collaboration
The Circular Electron Positron Collider (CEPC) is a large international scientific facility proposed by the Chinese particle physics community to explore the Higgs boson and provide critical tests of the underlying fundamental physics principles of the Standard Model that might reveal new physics. Optimized Arc Optics for the HE-LHC
/ Nosochkov, Yuri (SLAC) ; Cai, Yunhai (SLAC) ; Crouch, Matthew (CERN) ; Giovannozzi, Massimo (CERN) ; Hofer, Michael (CERN ; TU Vienna) ; Keintzel, Jacqueline (CERN ; TU Vienna) ; Risselada, Thys (CERN) ; Todesco, Ezio (CERN) ; Tomás, Rogelio (CERN) ; Zhou, Demin (KEK, Tsukuba) et al.
The High Energy LHC (HE-LHC) proton-proton collider is a proposed replacement of the LHC in the existing 27-km tunnel, with the goal of reaching the centre-of-mass beam energy of 27 TeV. The required higher dipole field can be realized by using 16-T dipoles being developed for the FCC-hh design. [...]

LHC@Home: a BOINC-based volunteer computing infrastructure for physics studies at CERN
/ Barranco, Javier (Ecole Polytechnique, Lausanne, LPAP) ; Cai, Yunhai (SLAC) ; Cameron, David (Oslo U.) ; Crouch, Matthew (CERN) ; De Maria, Riccardo (CERN) ; Field, Laurence (CERN) ; Giovannozzi, Massimo (CERN) ; Hermes, Pascal (CERN) ; Høimyr, Nils (CERN) ; Kaltchev, Dobrin (TRIUMF) et al.
The LHC@Home BOINC project has provided computing capacity for numerical simulations to researchers at CERN since 2004, and has since 2011 been expanded with a wider range of applications. The traditional CERN accelerator physics simulation code SixTrack enjoys continuing volunteers support, and thanks to virtualisation a number of applications from the LHC experiment collaborations and particle theory groups have joined the consolidated LHC@Home BOINC project. Design of Beam Optics for the FCC-ee Collider Ring
/ Oide, Katsunobu (KEK, Tsukuba) ; Aiba, Masamitsu (PSI, Villigen) ; Aumon, Sandra (CERN) ; Benedikt, Michael (CERN) ; Blondel, Alain (Geneva U.) ; Bogomyagkov, Anton (Novosibirsk, IYF) ; Boscolo, Manuela (LNF, Dafne Light) ; Burkhardt, Helmut (CERN) ; Cai, Yunhai (SLAC) ; Doblhammer, Andreas (CERN) et al.
A design of beam optics will be presented for the FCC-ee double-ring collider. The main characteristics are 45 to 175 GeV beam energy, 100 km circumference with two IPs/ring, 30 mrad crossing angle at the IP, crab-waist scheme with local chromaticity correction system, and "tapering" of the magnets along with the local beam energy.
