Low-lying electric dipole γ-continuum for the unstable 62,64Fe nuclei: Strength evolution with neutron number / Avigo, R (INFN, Milan ; Milan U.) ; Wieland, O (INFN, Milan) ; Bracco, A (INFN, Milan ; Milan U.) ; Camera, F (INFN, Milan ; Milan U.) ; Ameil, F (Darmstadt, GSI) ; Arici, T (Darmstadt, GSI) ; Ataç, A (Royal Inst. Tech., Stockholm) ; Barrientos, D (CERN) ; Bazzacco, D (INFN, Padua) ; Bednarczyk, P (Cracow, INP) et al.
The γ -ray emission from the nuclei 62,64Fe following Coulomb excitation at bombarding energy of 400-440 AMeV was measured with special focus on E 1 transitions in the energy region 4-8 MeV. The unstable neutron-rich nuclei 62,64Fe were produced at the FAIR-GSI laboratories and selected with the FRS spectrometer. [...]

Manifestation of the Berry phase in the atomic nucleus 213Pb / Valiente-Dobón, J.J. (INFN, Legnaro) ; Gottardo, A. (INFN, Legnaro) ; Benzoni, G. (INFN, Milan) ; Gadea, A. (Valencia U., IFIC) ; Lunardi, S. (Padua U. ; INFN, Padua) ; Algora, A. (Valencia U., IFIC) ; de Angelis, G. (INFN, Legnaro) ; Bazzacco, D. (INFN, Padua) ; Benlliure, J. (Santiago de Compostela U., IGFAE) ; Boutachkov, P. (Darmstadt, GSI) et al.
The neutron-rich 213Pb isotope was produced in the fragmentation of a primary 1 GeV A 238U beam, separated in FRS in mass and atomic number, and then implanted for isomer decay γ-ray spectroscopy with the RISING setup at GSI. A newly observed isomer and its measured decay properties indicate that states in 213Pb are characterized by the seniority quantum number that counts the nucleons not in pairs coupled to angular momentum J=0. New spectroscopic information on 211,213Tl: A changing structure beyond the N=126 shell closure / Gottardo, A (INFN, Legnaro ; Padua U.) ; Valiente-Dobón, J J (INFN, Legnaro) ; Benzoni, G (INFN, Milan) ; Morales, A I (INFN, Milan) ; Gadea, A (Valencia U., IFIC) ; Lunardi, S (Padua U. ; INFN, Padua) ; Boutachkov, P (Darmstadt, GSI) ; Bruce, A M (Brighton U.) ; Górska, M (Darmstadt, GSI) ; Grebosz, J (Cracow, INP) et al.
The neutron-rich isotopes 211,213Tl, beyond the N=126 shell closure, have been studied for the first time in isomer γ-ray decay, exploiting the fragmentation of a primary uranium beam at the Fragment Separator-Rare Isotopes Investigation at GSI setup. The observed isomeric states in 211,213Tl show a deviation from the seniority-like scheme of 209Tl. [...]

Neutron-rich nuclei were populated in a relativistic fission of 238U. Gamma-rays with energies of 135 keV and 184 keV were associated with two isomeric states in 121Pd and 117Ru. [...]
