Powerful ERL for experiments (PERLE) is a novel energy recovery linac (ERL) test facility [1], designed to validate choices for a 50 GeV ERL foreseen in the design of the Large Hadron Electron Collider and the Future Circular Collider and to host dedicated nuclear and particle physics experiments. Its main goal is to demonstrate the high current, continuous wave, multipass operation with superconducting cavities at 802 MHz. [...]

360 Degree Panoramic Photographs During the Long Shutdown 2 of the CERN Machines and Facilities
/ Birtwistle, Thomas (CERN) ; Ansel, Antoine (CERN) ; Bartolomé Jiménez, Sonia (CERN) ; Feral, Bruno (CERN) ; Lacerda, Gil (CERN) ; Perrot, Anne-Laure (CERN) ; Piñera Ovejero, Juan F (CERN)
Studies and preparation of activities are key to the success of short technical stops and longer shutdowns in CERN’s accelerator complex. The ’Panorama’ tool offers a virtual tour of our facilities, and thanks to integration with other CERN tools, further complementary information can be easily retrieved, including layout information, equipment detail, and a history of changes. The Large Hadron-Electron Collider at the HL-LHC
/ FCC-he Study Group Collaboration
The Large Hadron electron Collider, LHeC, is the means to move deep inelastic physics following HERA to the energy frontier of particle physics as it is being exploited by the HL-LHC. The paper presents a thorough update of the initial LHeC Conceptual Design Report (CDR) published in 2012. [...]

/n_TOF
The n_TOF neutron time-of-flight facility at CERN is used for high quality nuclear data measurements from thermal energy up to hundreds of MeV. In line with the CERN open data policy, the n_TOF Collaboration takes actions to preserve its unique data, facilitate access to them in standardised format, and allow their re-use by a wide community in the fields of nuclear physics, nuclear astrophysics and various nuclear technologies. CERN Accelerators Topology Configuration: Facing the Next Long Shutdown
/ Bartolome-Jimenez, Sonia (CERN) ; Birtwistle, Thomas (CERN) ; Chemli, Samy (CERN) ; Gilbert, Nicolas (CERN) ; Perrot, Anne-Laure (CERN) ; Piar, Juraj (CERN) ; Simetka, Vojtech (CERN) ; Vazquez de Prada Planas, Blanca (CERN)
The Configuration and Layout (CL) team at CERN ensures that there is a clear and coherent representation of the status of the CERN underground facilities (about 60 km of equipment) and main accelerator projects at a given point in time. In view of the major equipment changes to be carried out during the extended end of year technical stop (EYETS), the next Long Shutdown (LS2), and to facilitate the associated preparatory work of multiple CERN groups, the CL team has developed an immersive visualisation tool, displaying 360 degree panoramic images of CERN underground facilities.
