Design, Construction and Commissioning of a Technological Prototype of a Highly Granular SiPM-on-tile Scintillator-Steel Hadronic Calorimeter / CALICE Collaboration
The CALICE collaboration is developing highly granular electromagnetic and hadronic calorimeters for detectors at future energy frontier electron-positron colliders. After successful tests of a physics prototype, a technological prototype of the Analog Hadron Calorimeter has been built, based on a design and construction techniques scalable to a collider detector. Hadronic Energy Resolution of a Combined High Granularity Scintillator Calorimeter System / CALICE Collaboration
This paper presents results obtained with the combined CALICE Scintillator Electromagnetic Calorimeter, Analogue Hadronic Calorimeter and Tail Catcher & Muon Tracker, three high granularity scintillator-SiPM calorimeter prototypes. The response of the system to pions with momenta between 4 GeV/c and 32 GeV/c is analysed, including the energy response, resolution, and longitudinal shower profiles. [...]

5×5 mm2 granular electromagnetic calorimeter using 45 × 5 mm2 scintillator strips and SiPMs / Kotera, Katsushige (Shinshu U.)
The CALICE collaboration is developing a fine granular electromagnetic calorimeter using 45 × 5 mm2 strips for application of the particle flow approach in future linear collider experiments. After developing a 30-layer prototype that achieved high-energy resolution for single-particle events, a more realistic prototype to be implemented in the real linear collider detector has been developed: readout boards that are embedded between layers were fabricated and tested with 3GeV electron beams, demonstrating the effective 5×5 mm2 granularity. Tracking within Hadronic Showers in the CALICE SDHCAL prototype using a Hough Transform Technique / CALICE Collaboration
The high granularity of the CALICE Semi-Digital Hadronic CALorimeter (SDHCAL) provides the capability to reveal the track segments present in hadronic showers. These segments are then used as a tool to probe the behaviour of the active layers in situ, to better reconstruct the energy of these hadronic showers and also to distinguish them from electromagnetic ones. [...]
