Observation of sizeable $\omega$ contribution to $\chi_{c1}(3872) \to \pi^+\pi^- J/\psi$ decays / LHCb Collaboration
Resonant structures in the dipion mass spectrum from $\chi_{c1}(3872)\to\pi^+\pi^- J/\psi$ decays, produced via $B^+\to K^+\chi_{c1}(3872)$ decays, are analyzed using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb$^{-1}$. A sizeable contribution from the isospin conserving $\chi_{c1}(3872)\to\omega J/\psi$ decay is established for the first time, $(21.4\pm2.3\pm2.0)\%$, with a significance of more than $7.1\sigma$. $\pi^-p\to\eta^{(\prime)}\, \pi^- p$ in the double-Regge region / Bibrzycki, L. (Pedagogical U., Cracow ; Indiana U. ; Jefferson Lab) ; Fernandez-Ramirez, C. (Mexico U., ICN) ; Mathieu, V. (ICC, Barcelona U. ; Madrid U.) ; Mikhasenko, M. (CERN) ; Albaladejo, M. (Jefferson Lab) ; Blin, A.N. Hiller (Jefferson Lab) ; Pilloni, A. (INFN, Rome) ; Szczepaniak, A.P. (Indiana U. ; Jefferson Lab ; Indiana U., CEEM) /JPAC Collaboration
The production of $\eta^{(\prime)}\pi$ pairs constitutes one of the golden channels to search for hybrid exotics, with explicit gluonic degrees of freedom. Understanding the dynamics and backgrounds associated to $\eta^{(\prime)}\pi$ production above the resonance region is required to impose additional constraints to the resonance extraction. [...]

In light of recent experimental results, we revisit the dispersive analysis of the $\omega \to 3\pi$ decay amplitude and of the $\omega\pi^0$ transition form factor. Within the framework of the Khuri-Treiman equations, we show that the $\omega \to 3\pi$ Dalitz-plot parameters obtained with a once-subtracted amplitude are in agreement with the latest experimental determination by BESIII. Dalitz-plot decomposition for three-body decays / JPAC Collaboration
We present a general formalism to write the decay amplitude for multibody reactions with explicit separation of the rotational degrees of freedom, which are well controlled by the spin of the decay particle, and dynamic functions on the subchannel invariant masses, which require modeling. Using the three-particle kinematics we demonstrate the proposed factorization, named the Dalitz-plot decomposition. [...]

Khuri-Treiman equations for $3\pi$ decays of particles with spin / Albaladejo, M. (Jefferson Lab) ; Winney, D. (Indiana U.) ; Danilkin, I.V. (Mainz U., Inst. Kernphys. ; U. Mainz, PRISMA) ; Fernández-Ramírez, C. (Mexico U., ICN) ; Mathieu, V. (Madrid U.) ; Mikhasenko, M. (CERN) ; Pilloni, A. (ECT, Trento ; INFN, Genoa) ; Silva-Castro, J.A. (Mexico U., ICN) ; Szczepaniak, A.P. (Jefferson Lab ; Indiana U.) /JPAC Collaboration
Khuri-Treiman equations have proven to be a useful theoretical tool in the analysis of 3-body decays, specially into the $3\pi$ final state. In this work we present in full detail the necessary generalization of the formalism to study the decays of particles with arbitrary spin, parity, and charge conjugation. [...]

Moments of angular distribution and beam asymmetries in $\eta\pi^0$ photoproduction at GlueX / Mathieu, V. (Jefferson Lab ; Madrid U.) ; Albaladejo, M. (Jefferson Lab) ; Fernández-Ramírez, C. (Mexico U., ICN) ; Jackura, A.W. (Indiana U., CEEM ; Indiana U.) ; Mikhasenko, M. (CERN) ; Pilloni, A. (ECT, Trento ; Fond. Bruno Kessler, Trento ; INFN, Genoa) ; Szczepaniak, A.P. (Jefferson Lab ; Indiana U., CEEM ; Indiana U.) /JPAC Collaboration
In the search for exotic mesons, the GlueX collaboration will soon extract moments of the $\eta\pi^0$ angular distribution. In the perspective of these results, we generalize the formalism of moment extraction to the case in which the two mesons are produced with a linearly polarized beam, and build a model for the reaction $\vec \gamma p \to \eta \pi^0 p$. On the Equivalence of Three-Particle Scattering Formalisms / Jackura, A.W. (Indiana U. ; Indiana U., CEEM) ; Dawid, S.M. (Indiana U. ; Indiana U., CEEM) ; Fernández-Ramírez, C. (Mexico U., ICN) ; Mathieu, V. (Madrid U.) ; Mikhasenko, M. (CERN) ; Pilloni, A. (INFN, Genoa ; ECT, Trento) ; Sharpe, S.R. (Washington U., Seattle) ; Szczepaniak, A.P. (Indiana U. ; Indiana U., CEEM ; Jefferson Lab)
In recent years, different on-shell $\mathbf{3}\to\mathbf{3}$ scattering formalisms have been proposed to be applied to both lattice QCD and infinite volume scattering processes. We prove that the formulation in the infinite volume presented by Hansen and Sharpe in Phys.~Rev.~D92, 114509 (2015) and subsequently Brice\~no, Hansen, and Sharpe in Phys.~Rev.~D95, 074510 (2017) can be recovered from the $B$-matrix representation, derived on the basis of $S$-matrix unitarity, presented by Mai {\em et al.} in Eur.~Phys.~J.~A53, 177 (2017) and Jackura {\em et al.} in Eur.~Phys.~J.~C79, 56 (2019).
