The $\pi^+ \pi^ -\pi^0$, $K^+ K^- \pi^0$ and $K^\pm K^0 \pi^\mp$ final states produced by $\bar p p$ annihilation at rest at three different hydrogen target densities have been analyzed in the frame of a coupled channel analysis together with $\pi \pi$, $\pi K$ and $K \bar K$ scattering data. The percentages of the different partial waves, the branching ratios and the parameters (masses, widths, $\pi \pi$ and $K \bar K$ partial widths) of all the involved resonances ($J^P = 0^+, 1^-, 2^+$) have been measured. Search for Li-7 solar axions using resonant absorption in LiF crystal: Final results / Belli, P (INFN, Rome2) ; Bernabei, R (INFN, Rome2 ; Rome U.,Tor Vergata) ; Cappella, F (INFN, Rome ; Rome U.) ; Cerulli, R (Gran Sasso) ; Danevich, F A (Kiev, INR ; CERN ; INFN, Rome ; Rome U.) ; Incicchitti, A (INFN, Rome ; Rome U.) ; Kobychev, V V (Kiev, INR) ; Laubenstein, M (Gran Sasso) ; Polischuk, O G (Kiev, INR) ; Tretyak, V I (Kiev, INR)
The resonance excitation of the ^7Li nuclei in a LiF crystal with mass of 553 g by hypothetical axions emitted in the deexcitation of the ^7Li nuclei in the Sun was searched for deep underground at the Gran Sasso National Laboratories (LNGS) of INFN (3600 m w.e.). The data collected with a low background HP Ge detector 244 cm^3 during 4044h have allowed us to set the limit on the axion mass: m_a<8.6 keV (90% C.L.) which is the best one for the ^7Li solar axions to-date..

Spin asymmetry $A^d_1$ and the spin-dependent structure function $g^d_1$ of the deuteron at low values of $x$ and $Q^2$ / COMPASS Collaboration
We present a precise measurement of the deuteron longitudinal spin asymmetry A_1^d and of the deuteron spin-dependent structure function g_1^d at Q^2 < 1 GeV^2 and 4*10^-5 < x < 2.5*10^-2 based on the data collected by the COMPASS experiment at CERN during the years 2002 and 2003. The statistical precision is tenfold better than that of the previous measurement in this region. [...]

Gluon polarization in the nucleon from quasi-real photoproduction of high-pT hadron pairs / COMPASS Collaboration
We present a determination of the gluon polarization Delta G/G in the nucleon, based on the helicity asymmetry of quasi-real photoproduction events, Q^2<1(GeV/c)^2, with a pair of large transverse-momentum hadrons in the final state. The data were obtained by the COMPASS experiment at CERN using a 160 GeV polarized muon beam scattered on a polarized 6-LiD target. [...]

Search for the $\phi (1860)$ Pentaquark at COMPASS / COMPASS Collaboration
Narrow Xi-pi+- and Xi-bar+pi+- resonances produced by quasi-real photons have been searched for by the COMPASS experiment at CERN. The study was stimulated by the recent observation of an exotic baryonic state decaying into Xi-pi-, at a mass of 1862 MeV, interpreted as a pentaquark. [...]

First Measurement of the Transverse Spin Asymmetries of the Deuteron in Semi-Inclusive Deep Inelastic Scattering / COMPASS Collaboration
First measurements of the Collins and Sivers asymmetries of charged hadrons produced in deep-inelastic scattering of muons on a transversely polarized 6-LiD target are presented. The data were taken in 2002 with the COMPASS spectrometer using the muon beam of the CERN SPS at 160 GeV/c. [...]

Dynamical selection rules from $\overline{p}p$ annihilation at rest in three meson final states / OBELIX Collaboration
The hadronic annihilation branching-ratios in quasi-two-body final states have been obtained from the observation of the reactions pp to pi /sup +/ pi /sup -/ pi /sup 0/, K/sup +/K/sup -/ pi /sup 0/, K/sup +or-/ pi -or+K/sup 0/ at rest in hydrogen targets at different densities. The enhancement or suppression of specific hadronic channels connected to dynamical selection rules is observed in the production of different resonances both in protonium S and P-waves, systematically investigated for the first time.
