Up and Down Quark Structure of the Proton / D0 Collaboration
We measure proton structure parameters sensitive primarily to valence quarks using 8.6 fb$^{-1}$ of data collected by the D0 detector in $\sqrt{s}=1.96$ TeV $p\bar{p}$ collisions at the Fermilab Tevatron. We exploit the property of the forward-backward asymmetry in dilepton events to be factorized in to distinct structure parameters and electroweak quark-level asymmetries. [...]

Comparison of $pp$ and $p \bar{p}$ differential elastic cross sections and observation of the exchange of a colorless $C$-odd gluonic compound / D0 Collaboration
We describe a quantitative analysis comparing the p anti-p elastic cross section as measured by the D0 Collaboration at a center-of-mass energy of 1.96 TeV to that in pp collisions as measured by the TOTEM Collaboration at 2.76, 7, 8, and 13 TeV using a mainly model-independent approach. The TOTEM cross sections extrapolated to a center-of-mass energy of sqrt(s) = 1.96 TeV are compared with the D0 measurement in the region of the diffractive minimum and the second maximum of the pp cross section. Observation of a new $B_s^0 \pi^\pm$ state / D0 Collaboration
We report the observation of a narrow structure, $X(5568)$, in the decay sequence $X(5568) \rightarrow B_s^0 \pi^{\pm}$, $B_s^0 \rightarrow J/\psi \phi$, $J/\psi\rightarrow \mu^+ \mu^-$, $\phi \rightarrow K^+K^-$. This is the first observation of a hadronic state with valence quarks of four different flavors. [...]

Prospect for Electroweak Measurements at the LHC / Grunewald, Martin W. /ATLAS Collaboration ; CMS Collaboration
The prospects for electroweak measurements at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) are discussed. In addition to high-luminosity results, special emphasis is placed on early start-up measurements with a total luminosity ranging from 10/pb to 100/pb, using the general-purpose detectors ATLAS and CMS and their initially larger calibration and alignment uncertainties. Study of resonance formation in the mass region 1400 - 1500 MeV through the reaction $\gamma\gamma \to K^{0}_{S} K^{\pm} \pi^{\mp}$ / L3 Collaboration
The K^0_SK^+-\pi-+ final state in two-photon collisions is studied with the L3 detector at LEP at e+e- centre-of-mass energies from 183 to 209 GeV with an integrated luminosity of 664.6 pb-1. The \eta(1475) and f1(1420) mesons are observed and their contribution is separated by measuring the formation rates as a function of the photon virtuality Q2. [...]

The Solar Flare of the 14th of July 2000 (L3+C detector results) / L3 Collaboration
Several experiments have reported observations on possible correlations between the flux of high energy muons and intense solar flares. If confirmed, these observations would have significant implications for acceleration processes in the heliosphere able to accelerate protons and other ions to energies of at least tens of GeV. [...]

A search for flaring Very-High-Energy cosmic-ray sources with the L3+C muon spectrometer / L3 Collaboration
The L3+C muon detector at the Cern electron-position collider, LEP, is used for the detection of very-high-energy cosmic \gamma-ray sources through the observation of muons of energies above 20, 30, 50 and 100 GeV. Daily or monthly excesses in the rate of single-muon events pointing to some particular direction in the sky are searched for. [...]
