Laterally diffused metal-oxide-semiconductors transistors PD-silicon on insulator 150-nm mixed technology from Microchip are irradiated with $^{60}$Co gamma rays. LM124 operational amplifiers from three different manufacturers are irradiated with $^{60}$Co gamma rays and neutrons.
