TORCH is a large-area, high-precision time-of-flight (ToF) detector designed to provide charged-particle identification in the 2-20 GeV$/c$ momentum range. Prompt Cherenkov photons emitted by charged hadrons as they traverse a 10mm quartz radiator are propagated to the periphery of the detector, where they are focused onto an array of micro-channel plate photomultiplier tubes (MCP-PMTs). Constraints on the CKM angle $\gamma$ from $B^\pm\rightarrow Dh^\pm$ decays using $D\rightarrow h^\pm h^{\prime\mp}\pi^0$ final states / LHCb Collaboration
A data sample collected with the LHCb detector, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $9~{\rm fb}^{-1}$, is used to measure $CP$ observables in $B^\pm \to D h^\pm$ decays, where $h^{(\prime)}$ is either a kaon or a pion, and the neutral $D$ meson decay is reconstructed in the three-body final states $K^\pm \pi^\mp \pi^0$, $\pi^\pm \pi^\mp \pi^0$, and $K^\pm K^\mp \pi^0$. The most suppressed of these modes, $B^\pm \to [\pi^\pm K^\mp \pi^0]_D K^\pm$, is observed with a significance greater than seven standard deviations and constraints on the CKM angle $\gamma$ are calculated from the combination of the measurements..

Identification of charm jets at LHCb / LHCb Collaboration
The identification of charm jets is achieved at LHCb for data collected in 2015-2018 using a method based on the properties of displaced vertices reconstructed and matched with jets. The performance of this method is determined using a dijet calibration dataset recorded by the LHCb detector and selected such that the jets are unbiased in quantities used in the tagging algorithm. Observation of $\Lambda_b^0\rightarrow D^+ p \pi^-\pi^-$ and $\Lambda_b^0\rightarrow D^{*+} p \pi^-\pi^-$ decays / LHCb Collaboration
The multihadron decays $\Lambda_b^0\rightarrow D^+ p \pi^-\pi^-$ and $\Lambda_b^0\rightarrow D^{*+} p \pi^-\pi^-$ are observed in data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3fb$^{-1}$, collected in proton-proton collisions at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8TeV by the LHCb detector. Using the decay $\Lambda_b^0\rightarrow \Lambda_c^+ \pi^+ \pi^-\pi^-$ as a normalisation channel, the ratio of branching fractions is measured to be

Measurement of the photon polarization in $\Lambda_{b}^{0}$ $\to$ $\Lambda$ $\gamma$ decays / LHCb Collaboration
The photon polarization in $b\to s\gamma$ transitions is measured for the first time in radiative b-baryon decays exploiting the unique spin structure of $\Lambda_{b}^{0}\to\Lambda\gamma$ decays. A data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $6\;\mathrm{fb^{-1}}$ collected by the LHCb experiment in $pp$ collisions at a center-of-mass energy of $13\;\mathrm{TeV}$ is used. [...]

Test-beam performance of a TORCH prototype module / Kreps, Michal (Warwick U.) ; Bhasin, Srishti (Bath U. ; Bristol U.) ; Blake, Thomas (Warwick U.) ; Brook, Nick H (Bath U.) ; Cicala, Maria Flavia (Warwick U.) ; Conneely, Tom (Unlisted, UK) ; Cussans, David (Bristol U.) ; Van Dijk, Maarten Willibrord Uriël (CERN ; LPHE, Lausanne) ; Forty, Roger (CERN) ; Frei, Christoph (CERN) et al.
The TORCH time-of-flight detector is designed to provide a 15 ps timing resolution for charged particles, resulting in $K/\pi$ $(p/K)$ particle identification up to momentum of about 10(15) GeV/$c$ over a 10 m flight distance. Cherenkov photons, produced in a quartz plate of 10 mm thickness, are focused onto an array of micro-channel plate photomultipliers (MCP-PMTs) which measure the photon arrival times and spatial positions. Study of $ {\mathrm{B}}_{\mathrm{c}}^{+} $ decays to charmonia and three light hadrons / LHCb Collaboration
Using proton-proton collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $9fb^{-1}$ collected with the LHCb detector, seven decay modes of the $B_c^+$ meson into a $J/\psi$ or $\psi(2S)$ meson and three charged hadrons, kaons or pions, are studied. The decays $B_c^+\rightarrow ( \psi(2S) \rightarrow J/\psi \pi^+ \pi^-)\pi^+ $, $B_c^+\rightarrow \psi(2S)\pi^+\pi^+\pi^-$, $B_c^+\rightarrow J/\psi K^+\pi^+\pi^-$ and $B_c^+\rightarrow J/\psi K^+K^+K^-$ are observed for the first time, and evidence for the $B_c^+\rightarrow \psi(2S)K^+K^-\pi^+$ decay is found, where $J/\psi$ and $\psi(2S)$ mesons are reconstructed in their dimuon decay modes. Centrality determination in heavy-ion collisions with the LHCb detector / LHCb Collaboration
The centrality of heavy-ion collisions is directly related to the medium created therein. A procedure to determine the centrality of collisions with the LHCb detector is implemented for lead-lead collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\scriptscriptstyle\text{NN}}}=5\, \mathrm{TeV}$ and lead-neon fixed-target collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\scriptscriptstyle\text{NN}}}=69\, \mathrm{GeV}$.
