The paper reviews measurements of the radiation hardness of CVD diamond for 24 GeV/c proton irradiation at fluences up to $5 \times 10^{15}$ protons/cm$^2$ . The results not only show radiation damage but also an annealing effect that is dominant at levels around %10^{15}$ protons/cm$^2$ . [...]

The Silicon Tracker of the LHCb experiment
/ Köstner, S (U. Zurich (main)) ; Adeva, B (U. Santiago de Compostela (main)) ; Agari, M (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Bauer, C (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Baumeister, D (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Bay, A (LPHE, Lausanne) ; Bernhard, R P (Zurich U.) ; Bernet, R (Zurich U.) ; Blouw, J (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Carron, B (LPHE, Lausanne) et al.
LHCb is one of the experiments of the Large Hadron Collider at CERN, dedicated to B-physics and CP-violation measurements. To fully exploit the physics potential, a good tracking performance with high efficiency in a high particle density environment close to the beam pipe is required. [...]
