High Energy Physics Opportunities Using Reactor Antineutrinos / CHANDLER Collaboration
Nuclear reactors are uniquely powerful, abundant, and flavor-pure sources of antineutrinos that continue to play a vital role in the US neutrino physics program. The US reactor antineutrino physics community is a diverse interest group encompassing many detection technologies and many particle physics topics, including Standard Model and short-baseline oscillations, BSM physics searches, and reactor flux and spectrum modeling. Model Independent Approach of the JUNO $^8$B Solar Neutrino Program / JUNO Collaboration
The physics potential of detecting $^8$B solar neutrinos is exploited at the Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO), in a model independent manner by using three distinct channels of the charged-current (CC), neutral-current (NC) and elastic scattering (ES) interactions. [...]

A Standard Model explanation for the MiniBooNE anomaly / Ioannisian, Ara (CERN) ; Giunti, Carlo (INFN, Italy) ; Ranucci, Gioacchino (INFN, Italy)
We present the results of a new analysis of the data of the MiniBooNE experiment taking into account the additional background of photons. MiniBooNE normalises the rate of photon production to the measured $\pi^0$ production rate. [...]

A new analysis of the MiniBooNE low-energy excess / Giunti, C. (INFN, Turin) ; Ioannisian, A. (CERN ; Yerevan Phys. Inst. ; ITPM, Yerevan) ; Ranucci, G. (INFN, Milan)
We present the results of a new analysis of the data of the MiniBooNE experiment taking into account the additional background of photons from $\Delta^{+/0}$ decay proposed in arXiv:1909.08571 and additional contributions due to coherent photon emission, incoherent production of higher mass resonances, and incoherent non-resonant nucleon production. We show that the new background can explain part of the MiniBooNE low-energy excess and the statistical significance of the MiniBooNE indication in favor of short-baseline neutrino oscillation decreases from $5.1\sigma$ to $3.6\sigma$. An alternative view of the Look Elsewhere Effect / Ranucci, G (INFN, Milan)
The Look Elsewhere Effect, which influences the significance of a potentialsignal of a particle with a priori unknown mass, has a striking counterpart insearches for the presence of a modulation of unknown frequency in a time seriesof experimental data. In this work, the formulation of the problem in thefrequency domain is outlined and the methodology is illustrated using the timeseries data of the Super-Kamiokande solar neutrino experiment. [...]

Independent evaluation of the significance of the recent ATLAS and CMS data / Ranucci, Gioacchino (INFN, Milan)
This note describes an independent assessment of the statistical significance of the recently released ATLAS and CMS data, about 11 fb-1 per experiment acquired in 2011 and in the first part of 2012, for what concerns the Higgs search in the two high resolution decay channels especially suited for the low mass region, i.e. [...]

Measurement of CNGS muon neutrino speed with Borexino / Borexino Collaboration
We have measured the speed of muon neutrinos with the Borexino detector using short-bunch CNGS beams. The final result for the difference in time-of-flight between a =17 GeV muon neutrino and a particle moving at the speed of light in vacuum is {\delta}t = 0.8 \pm 0.7stat \pm 2.9sys ns, well consistent with zero..
