Improved constraint on the MINERvA medium energy neutrino flux using $\bar{\nu}e^{-} \!\rightarrow \bar{\nu}e^{-}$ data / MINERvA Collaboration
Processes with precisely known cross sections, like neutrino electron elastic scattering ($\nu e^{-} \!\rightarrow \nu e^{-}$) and inverse muon decay ($\nu_\mu e^{-} \!\rightarrow \mu^{-} \nu_e$) have been used by MINERvA to constrain the uncertainty on the NuMI neutrino beam flux. This work presents a new measurement of neutrino elastic scattering with electrons using the medium energy \numubar enhanced NuMI beam. [...]

Simultaneous Measurement of Proton and Lepton Kinematics in Quasielasticlike νμ-Hydrocarbon Interactions from 2 to 20 GeV / MINERvA Collaboration
Neutrino charged-current quasielastic-like scattering, a reaction category extensively used in neutrino oscillation measurements, probes nuclear effects that govern neutrino-nucleus interactions. This Letter reports the first measurement of the triple-differential cross section for $\nu_{\mu}$ quasielastic-like reactions using the hydrocarbon medium of the MINERvA detector exposed to a wide-band beam spanning 2 $\leq$ E$_\nu \leq$ 20 GeV. The Forward Physics Facility at the High-Luminosity LHC / Feng, Jonathan L. High energy collisions at the High-Luminosity Large Hadron Collider (LHC) produce a large number of particles along the beam collision axis, outside of the acceptance of existing LHC experiments. The proposed Forward Physics Facility (FPF), to be located several hundred meters from the ATLAS interaction point and shielded by concrete and rock, will host a suite of experiments to probe Standard Model (SM) processes and search for physics beyond the Standard Model (BSM) [...]

Constraining the NuMI neutrino flux using inverse muon decay reactions in MINERvA / MINERvA Collaboration
Inverse muon decay, $\nu_\mu e^-\to\mu^-\nu_e$, is a reaction whose cross-section can be predicted with very small uncertainties. It has a neutrino energy threshold of $\approx 11$ GeV and can be used to constrain the high-energy part of the flux in the NuMI neutrino beam. [...]

Nuclear parton distribution functions from neutrino deep inelastic scattering / Schienbein, I. (Southern Methodist U. ; LPSC, Grenoble) ; Yu, J.Y. (Southern Methodist U.) ; Keppel, C. (Jefferson Lab ; Hampton U.) ; Morfin, J.G. (Fermilab) ; Olness, F. (Southern Methodist U. ; CERN) ; Owens, J.F. (Florida State U.)
We study nuclear effects in charged current deep inelastic neutrino--iron scattering in the framework of a chi^2-analysis of parton distribution functions. We extract a set of iron PDFs and show that under reasonable assumptions it is possible to constrain the valence, light sea and strange quark distributions. [...]

An upper limit to the cross section for the reaction nu /sub mu /e/sup -/ to nu /sub mu /e/sup -/ at SPS energies / Morfín, J G ; Bertrand, D ; Bertrand-Coremans, G ; Blaes, R ; Bullock, F W ; De Unamuno, S ; Dewit, M ; Escoubés, B ; Fett, E ; Haatuft, A et al.
Candidates for the purely leptonic process nu /sub mu /e/sup -/ to nu /sub mu /e/sup -/ have been searched for in the bubble chamber Gargamelle exposed to the CERN-SPS antineutrino wide-band beam. No single e/sup -/, of energy greater than 1 GeV, was found in a total of 230000 pictures, corresponding to 7400 charged current events. [...]
