Gauged $L^{}_{\mu}{-}L^{}_{\tau}$ at a muon collider / Huang, Guo-yuan (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Queiroz, Farinaldo S (Rio Grande do Norte U.) ; Rodejohann, Werner (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.)
We investigate the sensitivity of the projected TeV muon collider to the gauged $L^{}_{\mu}$-$L^{}_{\tau}$ model. Two processes are considered: $Z'$-mediated two-body scatterings $\mu^+ \mu^- \to \ell^+ \ell^-$ with $\ell = \mu$ or $\tau$, and scattering with initial state photon emission, $\mu^+ \mu^- \to \gamma Z',~Z' \to \ell \overline{\ell}$, where $\ell$ can be $\mu$, $\tau$ or $\nu_{\mu/\tau}$. Probing the RK(*) anomaly at a muon collider / Huang, Guo-yuan (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Jana, Sudip (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Queiroz, Farinaldo S (IIP, Brazil ; Rio Grande do Norte U.) ; Rodejohann, Werner (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.)
The LHCb measurements of the $\mu / e$ ratio in $B \to K \ell \ell$ decays $(R_{K^{}})$ indicate a deficit with respect to the Standard Model prediction, supporting earlier hints of lepton universality violation observed in the $R_{K^{(*)}}$ ratio. Possible explanations of these $B$-physics anomalies include heavy $Z'$ bosons or scalar and vector leptoquarks mediating $b \to s \mu^+ \mu^- $. [...]

CEPC Technical Design Report: Accelerator / CEPC Study Group Collaboration
The Circular Electron Positron Collider (CEPC) is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China, fostered through extensive collaboration with international partners. The complex comprises four accelerators: a 30 GeV Linac, a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring, a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV, and a Collider operating at varying energy modes (Z, W, H, and ttbar). [...]

Design of an analog monolithic pixel sensor prototype in TPSCo 65 nm CMOS imaging technology / Deng, W (Hua-Zhong Normal U. ; CERN) ; Aglieri Rinella, G (CERN) ; Aresti, M (Catania U. ; INFN, Catania) ; Baudot, J (Strasbourg, IPHC) ; Benotto, F (INFN, Turin ; Turin U.) ; Beole, S (INFN, Turin ; Turin U.) ; Bialas, W (CERN) ; Borghello, G (CERN) ; Bugiel, S (Strasbourg, IPHC) ; Campbell, M (CERN) et al.
A series of monolithic active pixel sensor prototypes (APTS chips) were manufactured in the TPSCo 65 nm CMOS imaging process in the framework of the CERN-EP R&D; on monolithic sensors and the ALICE ITS3 upgrade project. Each APTS chip contains a 4 × 4 pixel matrix with fast analog outputs buffered to individual pads. [...]

Impact of cross-section uncertainties on supernova neutrino spectral parameter fitting in the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment / DUNE Collaboration
A primary goal of the upcoming Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) is to measure the $\mathcal{O}(10)$ MeV neutrinos produced by a Galactic core-collapse supernova if one should occur during the lifetime of the experiment. The liquid-argon-based detectors planned for DUNE are expected to be uniquely sensitive to the $\nu_e$ component of the supernova flux, enabling a wide variety of physics and astrophysics measurements. A muon collider would enable the big jump ahead in energy reach that is needed for a fruitful exploration of fundamental interactions. The challenges of producing muon collisions at high luminosity and 10 TeV centre of mass energy are being investigated by the recently-formed International Muon Collider Collaboration. [...]
