We report on the final electroweak measurements performed with data taken at the Z resonance by the experiments operating at the electron-positron colliders SLC and LEP. Measurements of the $b\overline{b}$ production cross section and forward-backward asymmetry at centre-of-mass energies above the Z pole at LEP / L3 Collaboration
The measurements of R/sub b/= sigma (e/sup +/e/sup -/ to bb)/ sigma (e/sup +/e/sup -/ to qq) and of the b quark forward-backward charge asymmetry, A/sub fb//sup b/, at centre-of-mass energies above the Z pole are described. Search for Manifestations of New Physics in Fermion-Pair Production at LEP / L3 Collaboration
The measurements of hadron and lepton-pair production cross sections and leptonic forward-backward asymmetries performed with the L3 detector at centre-of-mass energies between 130 GeV and 189 GeV are used to search for new physics phenomena such as: contact interactions, exchange of virtual leptoquarks, scalar quarks and scalar neutrinos, effects of TeV strings in models of quantum gravity with large extra dimensions and non-zero sizes of the fermions. No evidence for these phenomena is found and new limits on their parameters are set..

Search for Anomalous $ZZ\gamma$ and $Z\gamma\gamma$ couplings in the process $e^{+}e^{-} \to Z\gamma$ at LEP / L3 Collaboration
We search for anomalous trilinear gauge couplings in the ${\rm ZZ}\gamma$ and ${\rm Z}\gamma\gamma$ vertices using data collected with the L3 detectorat LEP at a centre--of--mass energy $\sqrt{s}=189$ GeV. No evidence is found and limits on these couplings and on new physics scales are derived from the analysis of the process ${\rm e}^{+}{\rm e}^{-} \rightarrow {\rm Z} \gamma$..

Photon structure functions and azimuthal correlations of lepton pairs in tagged $\gamma\gamma$ collisions / L3 Collaboration
Measurements of the QED structure of the photon based on the reaction ee to ee gamma /sup (*)/(P/sup 2/) gamma *(Q/sup 2/) to ee mu mu are discussed. Search for an invisibly decaying Higgs boson in $e^{+} e^{-}$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 183-189 GeV / L3 Collaboration
A search for a Higgs boson decaying into invisible particles is performed using the datacollected at LEP by the L3 experiment at centre-of-mass energies of$183\gev{}$ and $189\gev{}$. The integrated luminosities are respectively 55.3~\pb{} and 176.4~\pb{}.The observed candidates are consistent with the expectations from StandardModel processes.In the hypothesis that the production cross section of this Higgs bosonequals the Standard Model one and the branching ratio into invisibleparticles is $100\%$, a lower masslimit of $89.2\gev{}$ is set at $95\%$ confidence level..
