Search for the chiral magnetic wave using anisotropic flow of identified particles at energies available at the BNL Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider / STAR Collaboration
The chiral magnetic wave (CMW) has been theorized to propagate in the deconfined nuclear medium formed in high-energy heavy-ion collisions, and to cause a difference in elliptic flow ($v_{2}$) between negatively and positively charged hadrons. Experimental data consistent with the CMW have been reported by the STAR Collaboration at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC), based on the charge asymmetry dependence of the pion $v_{2}$ from Au+Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$ = 27 to 200 GeV. Search for a light Higgs boson in single-photon decays of $\Upsilon(1S)$ using $\Upsilon(2S) \to \pi^+ \pi^- \Upsilon(1S)$ tagging method / Belle Collaboration
We search for a light Higgs boson ($A^0$) decaying into a $\tau^+\tau^-$ or $\mu^+\mu^-$ pair in the radiative decays of $\Upsilon(1S)$. Measurements of partial branching fractions of inclusive B→Xuℓ+νℓ decays with hadronic tagging / Belle Collaboration
We present measurements of partial branching fractions of inclusive semileptonic $B \to X_u \, \ell^+\, \nu_{\ell}$ decays using the full Belle data set of 711 fb$^{-1}$ of integrated luminosity at the $\Upsilon(4S)$ resonance and for $\ell = e, \mu$. Inclusive semileptonic $B \to X_u \, \ell^+\, \nu_{\ell}$ decays are CKM suppressed and measurements are complicated by the large background from CKM-favored $B \to X_c \, \ell^+\, \nu_{\ell}$ transitions, which have a similar signature. Measurement of Michel Parameters ($\bar\eta$, $\xi\kappa$) in the radiative leptonic decay of tau at Belle / Belle Collaboration
We present the first measurement of the Michel parameters $\bar{\eta}$ and $\xi\kappa$ in the radiative leptonic decay of the $\tau$ lepton using 703 f$\mathrm{b}^{-1}$ of data collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB $e^+e^-$ collider. The Michel parameters are measured by an unbinned maximum likelihood fit to the kinematic information of $e^+e^-\rightarrow\tau^+\tau^-\rightarrow (\pi^+\pi^0 \bar{\nu})(l^-\nu\bar{\nu}\gamma)$ $(l=e$ or $\mu)$.
