| Abstract | Two recent measurements of the P/sub T/-distribution at fixed-X at the CERN-ISR are discussed from the point of view of both their mutual compatibility and their internal consistency. It is shown that the data of Bertin et al. (1972) though internally consistent, are not compatible with those of Albrow et al. (1972) in practically the same X-interval. (4 refs). |
