Abstract
| The g-factor anomaly, a identical to (q-2)/2, has been measured for mu /sup +/ in the new Muon Storage Ring at CERN. The result is a= (1165895+or-27)*10/sup -9/. This is (13+or-29)*10/sup -9/ below the theoretical value which includes sixth-order QED terms and a hadronic contribution of (73+or-10)*10/sup -9/. (12 refs). |
