Abstract The procedure and results of mass testing of mini-drift tubes for the D0 forward muon system are described in detail. The mass testing includes high-voltage training, signal stability and uniformity check, wire tension and leak measurements. The tests organization provides fast and effective detector control in conditions of the mass production and negligible tube rejection in the detector system assembling.
