| Abstract | Starting from the experimental opportunities at a neutrino factory, possibilities at other facilities which might become available well before the neutrino factory, will be discussed. Ideas abound on neutrino super-beams, beta-beams, and the use of conventional neutrino beams in off-axis mode. Nevertheless the costs and time- scales for realization will be decisive. (22 refs). |
