Abstract | The PEPAN publication contains selected contributions to the 10th International Workshop on High-Energy Spin Physics (Dubna, September 16-20, 2003) and also special articles dedicated to the 70th birthday of the Chairman of this Workshop, Professor A. V. Efremov, which was celebrated on December 26, 2003. In fact, Efremov was the permanent Chairman of this series of regular biannual Spin Workshops for many years. We believe that his role in organizing this and preceding Spin Physics Workshops as well as his outstanding role in high-energy physics, in particular, spin physics in Dubna, makes such a dedication of this volume fully justified. Efremov was contributing to the various brahcnes of the theoretical highenergy spin physics, and this volume contains mostly theoretical papers, while several experimental ones are also related to his research interests. The volume is also completed by the contributions of collaborators and students of Efremov, which also partially cover his scientific interests, not directly related to spin physics. |
