| Abstract | The LHC Chamonix Workshop 2023 took place from 23 to 26 January 2023 at the Majestic conference centre in Chamonix. The aim of the workshop was to bring together representatives from across the community and provide the opportunity to discuss strategy, challenges, and goals for Run 3, the HL-LHC upgrades leading into LS3, and the roadmap beyond LS3. Topics covered included: a review of 2022, the Run 3 configuration, a look towards Run 4, and overall coordination of the integrated programme. HL-LHC considerations are integrated throughout the programme, and a session was dedicated to energy management and sustainability. |
