Abstract Most of us agree that poor social interactions online is the main downside of remote teams and online events. This has a substantial negative impact on all of us who work remotely because it lowers our motivation and affects our well-being. How can we make social interactions online better with technology to thrive in a remote-first world? We will discuss a new way of discovering new people, having lively discussions, and having spontaneous experiences online.
