Abstract | The performance of a CNM Gallium-doped LGAD sensor irradiated to 3e15 neutron is studied with a 5 GeV electron beam. Collected charge and efficiency are shown as a function of bias voltage, time resolution as a function of the collected charge and a 2D efficiency map are shown. |
