Abstract	The Open Days mobile app was the primary tool visitors had to navigate the nearly 300 activities, visit points and talks during the 2019 Open Days. It was downloaded by more than 26.000 people from over 100 countries and recorded nearly 6.3 million interactions. In this talk, we'll explain how we built it and what we learnt from the experience.
