| Abstract | Two proposed Higgs factories are described: the Large Hadron electron Collider (LHeC), which consists of an energy recovery electron linac, added to the LHC, and a Small Accelerator for Photon-Photon Higgs production using Recirculating Electrons (SAPPHiRE), a gamma-gamma collider at the Higgs energy (~126 GeV c.m.) based on a reconfigured LHeC.
