In figure 4, the caption refers to thick and thin error bars. The difference is very subtle except at high magnification of the pdf file and this is, I think, confusing for the reader. Would it be obvious when the paper was printed out?
In figure 6(b) a curve due to Schreiner et al (Ref [7]) is shown. I would recommend this reference be explicitly referred to in the figure caption especially as it only appears as one of a range of references in the text in section 1: Introduction.
